Cuomo, in NYC, urges Black New Yorkers to get COVID-19 vaccine

The governor and two Black members of Congress traveled to a public-housing residence in Brooklyn to urge Black New Yorkers to get vaccinated, amid polls showing Black Americans are among the most reluctant to obtain a vaccine.
